Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of gridflowlabs.com (the “Site”) and describe how GridFlow Labs (“we”, “us”) presents company information and commercial offerings. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What this covers
This Site is our company front door: product descriptions, Labs notes, and contact paths. It is not a login portal and does not host customer inventory or payment checkout for our apps.
Product apps have their own terms when you use them — for example StockBook (stockbook.management/terms) and AlwaysStocked (alwaystocked.com/terms or the privacy pages published for that product). Managed websites and OmniSEO work are governed by the agreement we make with that client. If a product term conflicts with these Site Terms for that product, the product terms control.
2. No account on this Site
The Site does not create user accounts, store passwords, or collect forms beyond what you choose to send us by email. Browsing the Site alone does not enroll you in a product.
3. Intellectual property
GridFlow Labs owns the Site content, branding, and the software products we build (including StockBook, AlwaysStocked, OmniSEO methods we operate, and related research), except where we clearly mark open-source or third-party material. You may not copy, scrape abusively, reverse engineer, or resell our products or Site materials without written permission.
Client data in product systems remains the client’s. Client brand marks on managed sites or product instances do not transfer ownership of GridFlow software.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload, or probe the Site or our services unlawfully.
- Do not use our contact addresses for spam or fraud.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with GridFlow Labs.
5. Services we offer
Descriptions of StockBook, AlwaysStocked, managed websites, OmniSEO, and Labs projects are informational. Features, pricing, and delivery are set in a quote, subscription, or written agreement. Early-access / Labs items (for example OmniPulse) may change or stop without notice unless a separate contract says otherwise.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every description stays current. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GridFlow Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. For paid products, liability limits in those product terms or contracts apply.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
