Privacy Policy
This policy explains how GridFlow Labs handles information for gridflowlabs.com (the “Site”). Short version: this Site does not collect personal data for accounts, ads, or tracking profiles.
1. This Site
- No accounts — you cannot sign up or log in here.
- No marketing pixels / analytics dashboards we operate for ad targeting.
- No sale of personal data.
- Standard web hosting may produce technical logs (for example IP address, user agent, request time) needed to run and secure the Site. We do not use those logs to build consumer profiles.
- If you email us (hello@gridflowlabs.com, ops@gridflowlabs.com, legal@gridflowlabs.com), we receive whatever you put in the message so we can reply. That stays in our mail systems for business correspondence.
2. Product apps (separate policies)
When you use a GridFlow product, that product’s privacy policy applies — those systems may process business data you enter (inventory, catalogs, staff logins, etc.). Examples:
- StockBook — stockbook.management/privacy
- AlwaysStocked — alwaystocked.com/privacy (and any Shopify app privacy page published for that app)
Managed websites we host for clients process only what that site needs (for example contact forms). Client-facing privacy wording for those brands lives on the client site when required.
3. Processors we may use for company mail
Company email and related delivery may use providers such as Google (Gmail), Cloudflare (email routing / hosting), and Resend (transactional or company outbound mail when enabled). Their processing of message metadata and content is governed by their terms and our configuration. We do not use those channels to sell your information.
4. Children
The Site is for business operators and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information on this Site.
5. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
